Falagario Builders, Inc. was founded in 2002 as the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. After years of experience in the construction industry, Michael Falagario saw the need for a company dedicated to building homes, not just constructing homes. With personalized service and attention to detail, Falagario Builders works to make each home as unique as its owners.
After serving in Vietnam with the United States Navy, Michael returned home and began his career in the construction industry, building everything from townhomes to million-dollar custom estates. He worked in every phase of the business, from master carpenter to director of operations, most recently supervising the construction of 300 homes per year with one of the area’s major homebuilders. During his years in the industry, he has accrued a vast storage of knowledge about quality construction techniques, but he also learned that technical expertise isn’t enough – excellent customer service and attention to detail are required to make the homebuilding process a success.
